Pet Policy House Rules
- Dog-Friendly Only (max 2 dogs): A $100 pet fee will be manually added within 2 weeks of your arrival
- Unauthorized pets or violations of the pet policy will result in a $200 fine
- No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside. Violations will incur a $250 fine
- Left Items: Return shipping available for a $25 handling fee + shipping
- Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking
- Late Checkout: Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $50 fee
