The Original Custom House!

Come stay in what was St. Charles original Customs House built in 1801, but fully stocked with modern amenities and comforts. Walk downstairs and be in the heart of the Main Street St. Charles filled with history, dining, and shopping. You can sleep 6 adults comfortably in this 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 king beds and a queen bed in a separate bedroom. Enjoy the updated kitchen and wine bar. This historic home has everything you need for the perfect getaway! Bedroom one contains a queen sized bed with a large TV, and conveniently overlooks historic Main Street. Bedroom two contains two king sized beds, and will fit the rest of the family! The kitchen is packed with amenities with a fully stocked coffee bar. Directly under this apartment is the wine bar, and several other great shopping destinations with plenty of great restaurants nearby
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
