Pet Policy House Rules
- Dog-Friendly Only (max 2 dogs): A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added to your reservation within two weeks of arrival.
- Unauthorized pets or violation of the dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
- Strict No Smoking: Smoking indoors will result in a $250 fine.
- Left Items: A $25 handling fee + shipping costs will apply for any returned belongings.
- Long-Term Stays: Reservations over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added after confirmation.
- Late Checkout: Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $50 fee.
