- Left Behind Items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping will apply for any item returns
- Extended Stays (21+ Days): Subject to a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after booking
- Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee
