This fee is not included in your initial reservation total and will be manually added after booking.
Bringing unauthorized pets or violating our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside the apartment will incur a $250 fine.
Left Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you need an item returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Extended Stays: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually charged after booking confirmation.
Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
