- No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Violations will result in a $250 fine.
- Lost Left Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you request a return, a $25 handling fee plus shipping will apply.
- Extended Stays: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be added manually post-booking.
- Late Check-Out: Any unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fine.
