- No Pets Allowed: This home is not pet-friendly. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fine.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors will incur a $250 fine.
- Left Behind Items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping applies for any returned items.
- Long-Term Stays: Reservations over 21 days require a $50 additional cleaning fee, manually added after booking.
- Late Checkout: Unapproved late departures will be charged a $50 fee.
- Occupancy Limits Strictly Enforced: Do not exceed the listed occupancy at any time. No parties allowed.
- Violation Penalties: Minimum fine of $500 per violation. A second offense will result in a $1,000 fine per violation.
