Important Policies:
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine applies if smoking is detected.
- Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. Return shipping incurs a $25 handling fee plus postage.
- Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: Stays over 21 days will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after confirmation.
- Late Check-Out Fee: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fine.
