The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals for your group. We provide a starter pack of basic toiletries and paper products. For extended stays, please plan to purchase additional supplies.
Important Notes House Rules:
- This home is on a septic system
- There is no washer, dryer, or dishwasher on-site
- Laundry is available at Charrette Creek Commons with coin-operated machines (6 a.m. 8 p.m., first-come, first-served)
- Dog-Friendly Only (max 2 dogs): A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added within two weeks of arrival
- Unauthorized pets or pet policy violations will result in a $300 fine
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will incur a $250 fine
- Left Items: Retrieval incurs a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs
- Extended Stays (21+ Days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking
- We appreciate your understanding that due to the natural surroundings, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife may occur
