A perfect ski condo for the family! This 3-bedroom, multilevel condo is located at the desirable Telluride Lodge, steps away from Lift 7. Clark s Market is right next door for convenient grocery shopping.

You enter the condo and a quarter bathroom and stackable washer and dryer are to your left. Proceed up a small staircase to the living and dining level. A large open concept so the chef of the family can still be a part of the fun! There is a gas fireplace and comfy leather recliners in the living room. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 3. There are stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and bakeware you could need to make a great dinner.

The second floor is designated for the master suite. The king-size bed is adorned with the most luxurious of linens. There is a sitting room with a large comfy chair and a desk should you have to do a little work on your vacation. We sure hope not! There is a large walk-in closet and the ensuite features a deep soaking tub. Perfect after a day on the slopes.

The next floor features the guest queen room. The next floor features the guest queen room. A shared bathroom with the top-level loft features a brand new queen-sized bed and games galore for the kiddos. The top level has a brand new queen size bed and a half bath.

The Telluride Lodge has outdoor unassigned parking for one vehicle. The complex has several grills and a hot tub for complex use.

Telluride and the surrounding area have featured prominently in pop culture. It has been name-dropped in popular songs and the backdrop has starred in movies. It is especially known for the ski resort and spectacular slopes during the winter, and a next-level summer festival schedule.

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

Accommodations in Telluride Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
• Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
• Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
• Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
