Luxury meets you at the front door for your ultimate vacation experience. Lorian #2 is a gorgeous 4-bedroom condo in the heart of Mountain Village. The home is perfect for large families or small groups. The location couldn t be better with the main grocery store across the street, gondola access to the core of the Village, and best of all, Double Cabins Ski Run is across the street for a nearly ski-in/ski-out experience. Hop on the short leg of the gondola located next to the grocery store to get you into the Village core swiftly, or take a short walk to the core. Once you are there, you can take the gondola to the top ridge where Allred s Restaurant is located or continue on to the Town of Telluride.
The home is single-level and spacious! The open-concept living/dining/kitchen and bar area is perfect for everyone to get together. A massive fireplace will be sure to warm you for apr s skiing or hiking. There is a separate seating area for a more intimate gathering just off the kitchen area with another fireplace and TV in case anyone has a different show they would like to watch. Sophisticated furnishings can be found throughout the home.
There are four bedrooms, and each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and the fourth bedroom is a fun bunk room with 2 sets of full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle. The BBQ grill, wet bar, and lounge are perfect for Telluride s summer evenings. Guests can enjoy the Lorian pool during the summer season. The Lorian Complex has many amenities: a game/media lounge room, a workout facility, and a wonderful exterior upper deck for social gatherings. And of course, heated garage parking for one vehicle!

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.
Accommodations in Telluride Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
- Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
- Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
- Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
