Long-Term Stay Fee: Stays over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, which will be manually added after your reservation is confirmed.
Late Check-Out: An unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 fine.
Starter Essentials: We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials, including basic toiletries and paper products, to help you settle in. For longer stays, please plan to purchase any additional items as needed.
