Pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool and spa heat is $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. We require 5 days notice from check-in if wanting to add this amenity to your stay.

- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
