- We are dog-friendly only. Any pet fees will be added manually after booking.
- A $100 non-refundable fee per reservation is charged to cover additional cleaning costs.
- A $200 fee applies if our pet policy (dogs only) is not followed.
- Strict NO SMOKING policy: a $250 fine will be charged for any violations
- Lost items can be returned for $25 plus shipping
- Stays over 21 days my incur an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- Late check-outs without approval are subject to a $50 charge.
