- Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only (maximum of 2 dogs). A $100 pet fee per reservation will be charged separately within 14 days of arrival. Unauthorized pets or violations of this policy will result in a $300 fine.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
- Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: A $50 long-term cleaning fee applies to stays longer than 21 days and will be manually added after booking confirmation.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out: A $50 fee will be charged for any unapproved late departures.
- Lost Items: Items left behind may be returned upon request. A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
